Can I invest through my company?
Yes you can. When you
start the registration process, you will have the option to register as a
company rather than an individual.
As part of the company registration process, you will be asked to supply KYC (Know Your Client) documents such as the company's Certificate of Incorporation and its Articles of Association. We will also need to need to carry out KYC checks on any person that can exercise control over the business, either as a director, a shareholder or otherwise.
