How do I withdraw my funds?
If you have money in your account, you can withdraw funds clicking on the 'Withdraw' button from your dashboard (under the Cash Held section).
Any IF ISA funds will be available under the 'IF ISA' tab of your dashboard. Note that you may lose the tax-wrapper if you withdraw funds. If you are unsure, please contact the team.
Although any withdrawn funds will show as unavailable immediately, it could take up to 10 days to reach your bank account.
Note:
If you do not see the 'Withdraw' button on your dashboard, please message the Simple Crowdfunding team to ask for a withdrawal. This occasionally happens as we have certain rules in place for cash withdrawal. This is nothing to be concerned about.
