Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Crowdfunding by its very nature is a
public way of seeking investment, and in order to get interest in your
proposition you have to show it to the crowd.
Simple Crowdfunding does not sign NDAs with fundraisers. If there is particularly commercially sensitive information that isn't appropriate to share publicly, as long as we can see and verify it internally, we may not need to make it available on the basis that investors can still make an informed investment decision.
Anything you share with Simple Crowdfunding is treated with complete confidentiality.
